• Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified 
• Any indirect or consequential loss

This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. To the extent committed by law, all other warranties, express or implied, are excluded. All goods subject to warranties must be returned to us in original packaging for inspection and assessment at your cost. The warranty is valid in Canada only, and is non-transferrable.
