Full payment is required to begin production for a custom order. Once production has commenced, 50% of the payment cannot be refunded as all costs of production have been incurred.
Custom orders usually takes approximately 6 to 12 weeks to arrive at your home. Once your order arrives at our warehouse, we perform a quality check to ensure there are no defects. Then we ship out the order the following day.
In the event that the custom order has exceeded 12 weeks, the customer has the right to cancel the custom order and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once the custom order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify the order. If approved, additional charges may apply.
Custom orders are not able to be returned or refunded based on customer's remorse.
If the customer is unable to accept delivery of their order within 30 days of being contacted that their order is ready to be shipped, warehouse storage cost may be applied to the customer.
In the event that the customer is unreachable by phone or email and/or unwilling to take delivery of items after 30 days of efforts to get in touch with the customer to schedule delivery, the customer forfeits 100% of the payment and we have full discretion on how the ordered item/s are to be handled.
